Dr. Antonyshyn's office is located in Suite
M1-520, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, at 2075 Bayview Ave in Toronto.

All consultations, office visits, preoperative lab investigations and medical imaging are performed within the hospital.

Surgery: Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre

All reconstructive surgical procedures and select complex cosmetic procedures are performed in the main Operating Rooms at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

Same-day surgery patients are admitted to hospital on the morning of surgery, 2 hours prior to the scheduled procedure.

Outpatient surgery patients present to the Outpatient Surgery Admitting area 2 hours prior to surgery.

Most cosmetic surgical procedures are performed at the Elements Surgical Facility, a private, state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery facility located in the Yorkville District of mid-town Toronto offering comprehensive, modern surgical care in an atmosphere of privacy and comfort. Certified by the Canadian Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities (CAAASF), the facility was specifically designed to meet stringent hospital requirements and standards. Our staff includes only Royal College certified anaesthetists and highly qualified, experienced nurses.
